BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN TALENT & OPPORTUNITY

Pioneering international care training in India

Twilight Grey Academy, affiliated with Menterra Group (a social impact fund), is committed to drive meaningful change in healthcare through high-quality, credible training programmes with a core focus on patient care education for nursing professionals

Importance of Personalised Patient Care

Quality care is fundamental to recovery, whether a patient is emerging from trauma or major surgery or living with a chronic and progressive condition such as Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or Parkinson’s disease. The standard of care delivered directly shapes patient outcomes. Personalised care is one that addresses each patient’s medical, emotional, and psychosocial needs and empowers recovery at every stage.

Missed Opportunity

India produces highly qualified nurses yet without standardised care training, many struggle to meet the benchmarks expected in international healthcare settings, limiting their global career prospects. There is currently no nationally recognised syllabus for specialised care training in India. Our programme bridges that gap, equipping Indian nurses with the skills and credentials to thrive as globally recognised care professionals.

Vision

To build a distinctive, structured training pedagogy that places the nurse at the centre, recognising and elevating her unique role in the rehabilitative care of persons with complex physical and functional impairments and equipping her to become an integral part of every patient's journey to recovery.

Mission

To address the global gap in specialised patient care by creating pathways for Indian nurses through a structured, credentialed qualification in specialised nursing

Goal

Care is a crucial part of treatment and recovery. It embodies medically appropriate care, recovery, dignity, and compassion. Our goal is to develop and continuously enhance programmes that combine advanced clinical expertise with emotional and behavioural training, equipping nurses to care for patients with complex needs while meeting the highest global standards of practice.
